Emily is originally from Graham, NC and moved to Greenville in the fall of 2016 for school. She received her B.S. in Exercise Physiology from East Carolina University and has a passion for helping others achieve their goals and live overall healthier and happier lifestyles. She earned her laser therapy certification through Thor Photomedicine.

In her free time, Emily enjoys leading middle schoolers at Chicod and Whitfield through the organization of Young Life, running, reading, and going on spontaneous adventures.
