Dr. Wilding’s post graduate education programs completed include Neurochemistry, Clinical Nutrition, Functional Neurology, Neuro-orthopedic Rehabilitation, Vestibular Rehabilitation, and functional medicine. He is currently integrating manual therapies for musculoskeletal conditions with functional medicine, whole body cryotherapy, whole body photobiomodulation, and dietary strategies. Dr. Mathew Wilding is the owner of Chiropractic Advantage in Goldsboro, NC and co-owner of Advantage Therapy Solutions in Greenville, NC. He has been practicing in North Carolina since 1998. His primary focus in practice is clinical nutrition and functional medicine, which consists of using a wide array of laboratory testing to determine the underlying cause of each individual’s dysfunction.
