Dr. Mathew Wilding

Co-Owner, Medical Director, Chiropractor, Functional Medicine Specialist

Dr. Wilding’s post graduate education programs completed include Neurochemistry, Clinical Nutrition, Functional Neurology, Neuro-orthopedic Rehabilitation, Vestibular Rehabilitation, and functional medicine.  He is currently integrating manual therapies for musculoskeletal conditions with functional medicine, whole body cryotherapy, whole body photobiomodulation, and dietary strategies.



Dr. Mathew Wilding is the owner of Chiropractic Advantage in Goldsboro, NC and co-owner of Advantage Therapy Solutions in Greenville, NC. He has been practicing in North Carolina since 1998.  His primary focus in practice is clinical nutrition and functional medicine, which consists of using a wide array of laboratory testing to determine the underlying cause of each individual’s dysfunction.

Kellie Brown

Co-Owner, Certified Laser Therapist

Kellie Brown is the co-owner of Advantage Therapy Solutions. Kellie was treated with whole body PBM herself, relieving years of built up spinal arthritis from old injuries that no other pain management, surgery or medication could address. She and Dr. Mathew Wilding then partnered together to bring these therapies to Greenville, NC.  Kellie has received training and certification from the Rocky Mountain Laser College in photobiomodulation safety and implementation.

Noel Smith

Certified Nutrition Specialist, Functional Nutrition Assistant

After obtaining her Bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University (Go Pirates!) Noel earned her Laser Therapy Certification from Thor Photomedicine, and her Nutrition Certification from the International Sports Science Association. She is currently in the process of completing her Masters in Clinical Nutrition at the University of Bridgeport. Noel offers Nutrition Counseling and assists with Follow-Up Functional Nutrition Assessments.
